1. How long does shipping take? When will my order been dispatched?
Yozma IN 10 Pro ebikes are shipped from our California warehouse, and delivery typically takes 5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.
2. What if the package is broken/missing?
Due to FedEx's failure to deliver the bike as required during transportation, parts of the wear and scratch may cause by the parts crashing together, although we have packed all the parts to prevent these situations as much as we can. Please send us the related pictures via support@yozmasport.com, we will solve it for you.
3. Can I return my order for personal reasons ?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, or the ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging.For specific fees, please click HERE.

IN 10 Pro offers three speed modes (approx. 22 MPH, 34 MPH, and 47 MPH) to suit different riding preferences.
The IN10 Pro is suitable for riders between 4.7 ft and 6.3 ft in height and is recommended for users aged 14 years and above.
With the 60V 5A US standard charger (XLR head), a full charge takes about 6–7 hours.

1. Wear Proper Protective Gear
Always wear an approved helmet when riding. Protective gear such as goggles, gloves, elbow and knee pads, and long pants is strongly recommended. Wear lace-up shoes with rubber soles. Do not ride barefoot, in open-toed shoes, or in high heels.
2. Ride Only in Safe and Legal Areas
Do not ride on highways, indoors, on slopes exceeding 30°, or on uneven, slippery, or unfamiliar terrain. Beginners should practice in an open area before riding in public spaces.
3. Operate Responsibly to Minimize Risk
Always hold the handlebars with both hands and avoid high-risk maneuvers. Do not ride under the influence of alcohol, medication, or when unwell. Obey local traffic laws and yield to pedestrians and other road users.
4. Battery Safety and Handling
Do not store batteries in environments above 70°F (21°C) or below 32°F (0°C). Batteries must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations. Do not throw batteries into fire or dispose of them with household waste.
5. Observe Weight and Weather Limits
Maximum load is 120 kg. The recommended rider weight is approximately 80 kg. Do not ride in rain, storms, fog, or other extreme weather conditions. Avoid water exposure to the motorcycle and battery.
