Order Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy
We value every customer’s trust and are committed to providing a transparent and fair after-sales experience. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@yozmasport.com.

Before Shipment:
- Orders canceled before shipment will incur a 5% handling fee based on the order amount.

After Shipment:
- If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer supported.
- You may initiate a return after delivery. A $180 per bike fee will be deducted from your refund, covering return shipping and restocking costs.
2. Exchange Policy
Before Shipment
- Free exchange is available for products of the same price.
- If changing to a different model, customers need to pay the price difference.
After Shipment (Not Delivered Yet)
- Exchanges are not supported once the order has been shipped.
After Delivery (Within 14 Days)
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Free from dirt, dust, or odor
- Packed in original packaging
We strongly recommend keeping the original packaging for at least 14 days after receiving your order.
Fees:
- Bike: $180 / unit
- Accessories: $30 / unit
- Battery: $100 / unit
- If exchanging for a different model:
- Customers pay $180 shipping fee + price difference
- If item is defective or damaged:
- Free replacement or exchange
- We cover shipping costs
3. Return Policy
Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
We do not accept returns for:
- Used items
- Batteries (non-quality issues)
- Special orders
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos or videos as evidence
We will:
- Offer replacement parts, exchange, or compensation
- Cover all related shipping costs
Non-Quality Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees:
- Bike: $180
- Accessories: $30
- Battery: $100
4. Return & Exchange Process

- Reason for return/exchange

Review & Approval
Our team will review your request and respond with approval status. -
Receive Instructions
- Approved requests will receive a return shipping label
- Do NOT return items without authorization

Ship the Item
- Pack the item securely in original packaging
- Ship using the provided label

Inspection & Processing
- Processing time: 3–6 business days after receipt
5. Refund Policy
- Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 7–15 business days (depending on your bank)
- Shipping fees already incurred will be deducted
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank

6. Important Notes
- Do not return items without prior approval
- Unauthorized returns may incur up to 25% restocking fee
- Items not meeting return conditions will be rejected and sent back
