1. How long does shipping take? When will my order been dispatched?

2. What if the package is broken/missing?
Due to FedEx's failure to deliver the bike as required during transportation, parts of the wear and scratch may cause by the parts crashing together, although we have packed all the parts to prevent these situations as much as we can. Please send us the related pictures via support@yozmasport.com, we will solve it for you.
3. Can I return my order for personal reasons ?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, or the ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging.For specific fees, please click HERE.

Before placing your order, please confirm that you are 14 years of age or older. This vehicle is intended for off-road use only and is not permitted on public roads. When riding, always follow local laws and regulations, wear a helmet, and prioritize safety at all times.
