A2: The winner will be determined based on the official order timestamp recorded by our system. Orders must be successfully placed and paid during the event period.

Q4: How will I receive my refund if I win?
A4: If selected as a winner, your order amount will be fully refunded to your original payment method after your order is completed and verified. Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

A1: The Signed Belgium Player Merch is a limited-edition promotional reward signed by a Belgium national team player. All signatures are authentic and provided as part of the official campaign collaboration."

Q2: How do I get the Signed Belgium Player Merch?
A2: During the campaign( 6.16 – 6.18), the customer with the highest order value will win the signed merch. If multiple orders have the same value, the earliest completed order will be selected."

Q3: When will I receive the signed item?
A3: The signed item is available in very limited quantities and be shipped separately after the main order has been successfully delivered and completed (no return or refund)."

Q4: Can I choose which player’s signature I receive or exchange, return, or redeem the signed merch?
A4: No. All signed items are randomly assigned, and specific players cannot be selected. Signed merch is a limited promotional reward and is non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and not redeemable for cash or other products."

Q5: Will I still keep the Signed Belgium Player Merch reward if I cancel or return my order?
A5: No. If the order is canceled, refunded, or returned, the reward eligibility will be removed. The signed merch will only be awarded after the original order has been successfully delivered and completed."
